Please visit the “Custom” tab on our website, if you have any confusion related to size and measurements. We will provide basic guidelines regarding size and measurements to refrain from any inconvenience in the future.
The customer will have to provide us with his/her correct size and measurements with the help of the size chart are given under every product.
The customer will have to acknowledge the confirmation email from our customer support team.
We will not be responsible for any returns, refunds, or any exchange after the customer has acknowledged to our confirmation email.
We will not accept any CUSTOM SIZE jacket in terms of return, refund or exchange, please be careful with measurements while placing order.
Thus, if we delivered the wrong size, be sure to contact our customer support team within 14 days. No exchange or return will be accepted after 14 days. A similar condition applies if you receive the wrong colored jacket or if the color of the jacket doesn’t match the one shown in the image.
The customer will be responsible for the shipment charges in case of any REFUND, RETURN OR EXCHANGE.
Order Cancellation is advised within 3 days of placing an order. And 25% of the total cost will be charged. And if you cancel the order after 3 days, 45% of the total cost will be deducted. No order will be canceled after 7 day time period. If necessary, make sure you cancel your order within a week after placing an order.
